Bangalore Blues & a dream

A word of caution before I start this post: I dont want to get into a fight with ppl who like Bangalore

Bangalore, the city of IT,IT and more IT........Soo much IT that you actually get sick of "IT".

Congested roads, narrow lanes, traffic emerging out of nowhere from so many side roads, ever demanding autowallahs, the crowded malls and pubs..........

After 5 years in Delhi, this was a stark contrast for me......... Of course, ppl might argue, Delhi is 45 degrees hot....

But somehow, not getting the kind of comfort level with the city... Maybe these are early days.....

My friend says - "Welcome to the Bangalore cribbers community"........

I then decided that have had enough of it.. As wise men say, if you cant change something, change urself...

So, i took it upon myself to make Bangalore a good place for me....

And then I went for this 5 km walk called "Run for Hope" to raise funds for an NGO called "lovedale foundation".

Monday brought a new week and a new dimension to my life........

Curious??? well then, read on.............

Just when I had given up on Bangalore, GOD almight has sent my way a ray of hope, a twinkling star.....

Something, someone, maybe only a feeling, but yes it made me happy. it made me feel good, it made me expectant... it made me see a dream........

Dont know whether i shud be dreaming this dream.. as most dreams are, this one might also be shortlived and do more damage on the way.......

But never mind, atleast it is doing some good....

To be continued.............

Melancholy times – is it the Corona effect? There are days full of fun, you are always on the run Time whizzes by like a fly, there...
